Kettle Soured to be tart. A typical German Berliner is meant to be tart and refreshing, and served with a shot of sweet woodruff syrup. At Old Bridgeview Brewing one of the owners makes incredible house made syrups out of fruit and herbs. A serious must try with current house made syrups.

A bigger version of our English Brown Ale. We turned it into a Barleywine aged in a Samuel Berton barrel and then conditioned on cherries. It is wonderful!!

Asphalt Hockey - Cascadian Dark Ale, 7.0%
Unlike the modern black IPA, this is a true Cascadian Dark Ale. Super dark and roasty with a hint of chocolate and complimented by a pronounced bitterness and fruity finish from the hops. An excellent beer for the fall and winter.

What started out as a cider turned into a fun wine project. We used fresh blackberry concentrate and aged it in a rye barrel. Semi dry with a slight oak flavor. It is fantastic!!
